Practice
Auditing guidelines
Audits are structural. We look at what is written, what is done, and the distance between them. We do not grade culture. We do not accept scopes that require a predetermined finding.
Independence
Conflict-of-interest screening precedes acceptance. If we cannot be independent, we decline. Support payments and open-source downloads do not create a client.
Evidence
Claims in a report should be traceable to a document, an interview note, a log, or a direct observation. Where evidence is thin, the report says so. "Best practice" language is used sparingly and never as a substitute for a control that does not exist.
Human subjects and minors
Behavioral-strategy work in PRTF/ARU settings is systems work. We do not publish identifiable information about residents. Clinical care remains with the licensed providers on site.
Processing entities
AI-behavior mapping records observable function. Metaphysical claims are out of scope unless a client asks for a literature review, in which case it will be labeled as such.
